Anora Services
2025
Mobile-first PWA for managing services, inspections, check-ins, and documents for a short-term rental company.
About the project
Anora Services is a web application developed for a short-term rental company to manage apartment services, inspections, and guest check-ins.
The project started as a tool focused on cleaning services and inspections, but it was designed to be flexible from day one. As the company’s needs evolved, the application expanded to support different types of services, guest check-ins, document submission, and an analytics dashboard.
Designing for evolution
A key part of the project was designing the application around the expectation that its requirements would change over time.
I structured the frontend architecture to support new modules and different workflows as the product evolved, allowing the application to grow beyond its original cleaning-focused purpose without being constrained by its initial structure.
Design system
I designed the interface in Figma and created a custom design system with 56 reusable components. The design system provided a consistent foundation for the application while making it easier to introduce new features and maintain the interface as the product evolved.
The application was designed as a mobile-first PWA, adapting to the different contexts in which the system is used.
My role
I was responsible for the design and frontend development of the project. I created the Figma prototypes, designed the UI and UX, defined the design system, developed the frontend from scratch, and defined its architecture.
Throughout the project, I worked with evolving requirements and feedback, refining existing workflows and shaping new ones as the product grew.
Implementation
The application was developed with Angular as a mobile-first PWA. The interface and design system were designed in Figma, with the application deployed using Firebase.
